This recipe will show you exactly how to cook fried chicken and get the perfect skin crunchiness, while not under or over cooking it.
You can have perfect Nashville chicken without even having to leave your home, let alone heading down to Nashville!
The best part is, this recipe is simple. The hardest ingredient to find is probably the ghee, but if you can’t find ghee, you can either make your own or simply use butter.
Ghee is essentially a butter oil. It’s butter with the milk removed. If you want to make your own, there’s plenty of resources online. We buy our ghee from Aldi! Ghee is great because the smoke point is much higher.

Dump all of the almond flour into a zip-lock bag
-
Take your chicken thighs, one at a time, and cover in egg/whipping cream mixture.

Put into plastic or brown paper bag and shake.
-
Put chicken thigh aside and repeat with remainder of chicken thighs.

Once oil is hot, put chicken into oil and cook for 3 minutes on each side (or until crispy)

Turn heat back up to high and cook until both sides are fully crispy

Remove chicken from oil once chicken is cooked, in the middle, to 165 degrees Fahrenheit
