I know what you’re thinking. Another pizza recipe, guys? Okay. Yes. Another pizza recipe. But this lobster pizza is what dreams are made of.
We can’t get enough of seafood. We could eat seafood boils everyday if our wallet allowed for it. Our favorite kind of shell fish is definitely lobster. I put it in a lot of our favorite recipes to give it a fun twist! This lobster pizza is elevated and perfect for when you have a small crowd over for dinner!
We made this recipe the other night while putting up our Christmas tree. It was a fun recipe to enjoy on a special night for us. Christmas is our favorite holiday and whenever it’s time to start decorating, we like to make something unique and delicious!
When we were full, we put the rest away for lunch the next day. We reheated it in the oven and it was still absolutely delicious. Top it with some extra garlic powder and parsley for more flavor!

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375.

Begin by shaping out your pizza dough. You can find a recipe for a homemade dough, but using an already made one is much more simple!
-
Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle parsley and garlic powder on top.
-
Bake in the oven for seven to ten minutes, or until the dough is halfway baked.
-
While the dough is baking, begin melting the butter in a small sauce pan. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, or about one minute.
-
Add the whipping cream and heat on medium heat.
-
Once the whipping cream begins to slightly bubble, add the cheese slowly while stirring.
-
Once the sauce has thickened, spread it onto your dough.
-
Add cheese and cooked lobster.
-
Bake for an additional ten minutes, or until the crust begins to brown.
-
Cut and enjoy!
