Keto Deep Dish Pizza
This sausage crusted masterpiece came across our path from none other than our favorite Chicago pizza staple, Lou Malnati’s. Instead of your standard pizza – crust, sauce, cheese, toppings; the deep dish low carb pizza, from bottom to top, comprises of: sausage layer, sauce, cheese, pepperoni.

your favorite pizza sauce -
1
tsp
garlic powder
optional -

tsp
crushed red pepper
optional -

tsp
oregano
optional -

tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Begin by flattening out your sausage into a circle on parchment paper or nonstick foil. This circle should be about 10 inches in diameter.

Transfer your sausage on foil/parchment into a 9 inch cake pan. It should be just a little too big for the cake pan. Use the excess to create a « crust » to help hold the ingredients in. If you do not have a cake pan, using a dish that is a couple inches deep that is oven safe will work fine.

Put in the oven for 10 minutes, or until brown.

Drain/pat down excess grease.

Top with fresh mozzarella.

Top with pepperoni (or any other ingredients you’d like to add).

Top with pizza sauce and spread.

Top with garlic powder, red pepper, oregano, and parmesan. (Optional)

Bake for an addition 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and toppings are hot.
