We’re on week 4 of our low carb diet, and so far we’ve been pretty successful. Both of us have managed to shed a few pounds and we’re having fun coming up with creative ways to stick with the keto lifestyle. We’ve been trying to find ways to switch up our week night meals. Living off of chicken and vegetables gets bland and boring and last night we wanted something with a lot more flavor.
This chili is meaty, filling, and packs a kick. If you’re not on a low carb diet, feel free to add a can of red kidney beans! It will make it even more filling.
Not only is this dish full of flavor, it’s so simple! You can have dinner on the table within 30 minutes. With just 8 ingredients, you may be able to whip up this chili with the ingredients in your fridge/cabinet. We’ve had diced tomatoes sitting in our cupboard for a few weeks and we finally had a reason to use them.
Let’s get started!
