Here in Chicago, we LOVE pizza. Deep dish seems to be the general consensus here in the Windy City, but in our household, we don’t discriminate. Deep dish, thin crust, New York style, calzones, pizza puffs… we love it all. But since we’ve been trying to eat healthier, we had to cut typical pizza out of our diet.
That’s where creativity came in.
You guys LOVED our super easy recipe for the pizzadilla. It’s so easy and being able to use whatever kind of tortilla you want makes it a good recipe for just about any dietary needs. You can find the recipe for our pizzadilla here.
These pizza cups are more of a party appetizer. Sometimes we make them when we’re feeling snacky though. You can use whatever toppings you want for them. Since we’ve been adhering to a low carb diet, we tend to add a lot of meat to ours. The recipe we’re going to show you is a meatlover’s pizza cup.
Let’s get started!
