Our guilty pleasure in our household is deep fried food. Every once in a while, we’ll break out the vegetable oil and batter just about anything we can get our hands on: Shrimp, chicken tenders, drumsticks, vegetables… you name it. But one of our absolute favorites is deep fried pickles.
The batter is always light and perfectly crispy and the pickles are always chock full of flavor. These pickles are perfect for party appetizers and if you like pickles, you’ll fall in love with this recipe.
These are one of my favorites to throw together for the Super Bowl and other events where wings and other bar foods are appropriate. They’re always a crowd pleaser!
Let’s get started.
