Bell Pepper Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large bell pepper, stem and seeds removed, finely chopped
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped arugula, basil, or parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red chile flakes
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients into a small bowl. Serve with steak, carnitas, or carne asada.
