I do my best to break with routine by incorporating techniques I don’t typically use, like allowing acid to “cook” my proteins for ceviche, or introducing new dishes, like a vegetarian curry, to the family.
Plan ahead for future busy weeknights by freezing leftovers. Most recipes can be stored (frozen) for up to six months. Be sure to wrap (or bag) them properly to get the most longevity from them. If you’re looking for more meals to double and freeze, here are some of our favorites.
