Can you tell that we’ve been on a bit of a pasta kick recently? We’ve had a change in diet – for a while, we were eating low carb. These days, we’ve been doing Weight Watchers, and we can have pasta again! Well… sort of. We can have pasta in small portions and in moderation. This cajun crab mac and cheese is really more of a cheat meal – but wow. It’s worth it.
Ever since Urban Accents sent us a bunch of fun spices to play with, we’ve been doing a lot of experimenting with their blends.
If you haven’t tried their spice blends, it’s an absolute MUST HAVE in your pantry. Urban Accents make cooking and seasoning food so simple. This recipe only has a few ingredients, and that has a lot to do with their Cajun Street spice blend.
Our favorite part about Urban Accents? They’re local to Chicago and we love shopping local. You can visit their website here.
Enough with the raving – now back to this amazing recipe. It’s cheesy and spicy. It’s packed with flavor. It has crab meat in it. Do you need anymore convincing?
