7 Creative Crafts With Toilet Paper Rolls

We all use toilet paper, so of course we always have tons of leftover rolls that we inevitably just toss out. What most people don’t realize, however, is that these bad boys have quite a few uses! The small cardboard rolls are so versatile, in fact, that you should think twice before tossing them out from now on — any of these 7 crafts would be a perfect way to repurpose toilet paper rolls.

1. Toy Car Parking Garage

You’ll Need:

  • toilet paper rolls
  • wooden crate
  • blue & white paint
  • hot glue

Here’s How:

1.1 Paint the wooden crate blue and the toilet paper rolls white.

1.2 Glue the toilet paper rolls together in multiple rows to the wooden crate.

1.3 Create a parking garage sign and attach it to the top of the wooden crate.

2. Fox Marionette

You’ll Need:

  • 1 toilet paper roll
  • orange, white, and black paper
  • glue
  • black felt
  • thumbtack
  • twine
  • 2 bottle caps
  • fishing line
  • 2 wooden rods

Here’s How:

2.1 Glue the orange paper to the toilet paper roll and use a thumbtack to punch 4 holes for the arms and legs.

2.2 Cut off 2 equal pieces of twine and knot the end of each piece. Thread the pieces of twine through the top holes and make a small knot at the end of each piece to look like a hand.

2.3 Cut off 2 longer pieces of twine, knot each piece at one end, and thread the lines through the bottom holes for legs.
