In this article, we would like to show you a bodyweight training routine that can help you tone your body and slim down. This workout can be performed in just twenty minutes, so it is great for busy people.
This body weight workout consists of effective exercises such as, squats with side leg lifts, push ups, plank jacks, forward alternating lunges, planks, squat jumps, superman’s, bird dogs, the hundreds and single leg glute bridges. You need to perform 15-20 reps of each exercise, quickly moving from one to the next. When you complete the first circuit, take a one-minute break and then repeat, performing this training routine a total of two or three times.
Before you start exercising, be sure to warm-up for several minutes, as it will help you prevent injuries.
